Which SAC code applies to photography?
Wedding and event photography and videography use SAC 998383 at 18% when you are GST-registered. Portrait work uses 998381, and album printing generally falls under printing services (998912) — see the GST guide.
Can I show CGST and SGST separately?
Invoices can include GSTIN and the GST percentage with the tax shown separately. Full place-of-supply automation is limited — confirm the split with your CA.
