Ask your studio, don’t hunt the dashboard.
Mithra sits in Studio Mithra and answers live studio questions — calendar today, who’s checked in, team list, setup gaps — and can walk you through a proposal draft. Visitors on the homepage can ask about the product or book a call.

An in-product AI that reads your studio, not a generic chatbot
Indian studio owners already live in WhatsApp. They do not want a fifth app that “summarises your week.” They want: what is on my calendar today, who is late, can you draft a quote for Sharma reception. That is operational, not novelty.
Mithra is the in-app assistant on the Studio Mithra dashboard. It queries the same calendar, attendance, team, and knowledge base the studio already uses. Ask in plain English. Get a dated list — shoots, enquiries, personal blocks — or a proposal wizard that collects client, date, venue, and budget.
The public homepage widget is a different agent. It answers product, pricing, and “schedule a call” without seeing any studio’s private data. Super Admin has a third mode for platform ops (trial counts, playbooks) that photographers never see.
Mithra does not replace billing decisions. Plan, invoice, and subscription questions are sent to the Billing page on purpose. That keeps the assistant useful instead of hallucinating prices.
Three things studios actually ask
- Calendar. “What’s on today / tomorrow / this week” pulls shoots, leads, and blocks in IST.
- Ops. Attendance, team roster, and setup checklist from live tables — not a guessed summary.
- Draft. Say “create a proposal” and Mithra walks the five questions, then returns packages in INR.
Dashboards fail when you are in a car to a venue
- Too many modules. Calendar, attendance, and proposals are three taps when you needed one sentence.
- Generic AI has no bookings. ChatGPT cannot see your 16 Aug Haldi or who is late on site.
- New staff get lost. Every hire asks “where is X” in the owners’ WhatsApp.
- Public site has no closer. Visitors bounce instead of asking one product question or booking a demo.
AI that is allowed to know your studio
- Live calendar answers. Same events as /admin/calendar — proposals, leads, personal blocks.
- Role-aware knowledge. Photographers get how-tos. Super Admin gets ops runbooks. Public visitors get product only.
- Proposal assist. Structured draft in INR, then you save it as a real Studio Mithra proposal.
- Homepage closer. Public Mithra can schedule a call or take a contact message without a login.
